             NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF FM BROADCAST APPLICATIONS
          AND NOTIFICATION OF PETITION TO DENY DEADLINE

NOTICE is hereby given that the applications listed in the        
attached appendix are accepted for filing. Accordingly,
interested parties may file petitions to deny those applications
no later than December 3, 1996.

NOTE:  This list contains two types of commercial FM station
applications.  The first consists of FM applications which are
not mutually exclusive with any other timely filed application. 
Secondly, the list also may include applications subject to
settlement agreements which fully resolve conflicts among
mutually exclusive broadcast proposals and the listed
applications do not require the filing of hearing fees.  All
mutually exclusive FM commercial applications which would require
hearing fees are currently frozen as a result of Public Notice
FCC 94-41, "FCC Freezes Comparative Proceedings," released
February 25, 1994, as modified by Public Notice FCC 94-204,
"Modification of FCC Comparative Proceedings Freeze Policy,"
released August 4, 1994.
