NOTICE is hereby given that the application listed in this notice is the result of a settlement agreement
among competing applications pursuant to Section 73.3525 of the Commission's rules. Deadline for
NCE Settlements and Supplements Extended to July 19, 2001 Public Notice, DA 01-1245, released May
24, 2001. The application is hereby accepted for filing.  Since the application is mutually exclusive with
one or more applications which were previously accepted for filing and listed as subject to a cut-off date
for conflicting applications, no application which would be in conflict with the application on this list
will be accepted for filing. Petitions to deny the application listed below must be on file with the
