               NEW FCC FORM 323 AVAILABLE FOR USE

A new FCC Form 323 (The Commercial Broadcast Station Ownership Report) is available for use.  This
revised FCC Form 323 (September 2000 Edition) has been approved for use by the Office of Management
and Budget.  

The revised FCC Form 323 is effective immediately and should be used by all commercial radio and
television broadcast station permittees and licensees. This form should be used following the consummation
of a Commission-approved transfer of control or assignment of permit or license and after Commission grant
of a construction permit for a new radio or television station.  Licensees should also use this form in
submitting their next biennial ownership report starting February 1, 2001 and continuing through December
1, 2001.

The revised FCC Form 323 is available through the Internet.  To retrieve the new form by using the Internet,
access the FCC's home page, http://www.fcc.gov, and click on the Forms link.  Printed copies of the revised
FCC Form 323 (September 2000 Edition) will be available later this month.

The FCC 323 is also available using the Mass Media Bureau Consolidated Database System (CDBS)
electronic filing system.  This system will provide the public with the ability to fill out FCC 323 on-line via
the Internet from the Mass Media Bureau's Web Site, http://www.fcc.gov/mmb, and to file them
electronically with the Commission.  Internet access to the CDBS requires a user to have, at a minimum, a
browser such as Netscape version 3.04 or Internet Explorer version 3.51.
