             MMB Enforcement Division Announces New Due Diligence Procedure



Effective immediately, hand-carried due diligence requests for the Complaints and Political Programming Branch,
Enforcement Division,  Mass Media Bureau should be submitted at the Filing Counter of The Portals, 445
Twelfth Street S.W.   Fax due diligence requests with requestor signature may be sent to (202) 418-1124.  If
