NEWS February 21, 1997 NEW PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING COPIES O F FCC AUDIO AND VIDEO TAPES; ONE COPY LIMIT ESTABLISHED Effective immediately, all requests for copies of audio and/or video tapes of FCC Open Meetings, Forums and other events being ordered through the Office of Public Affairs, Television Staff will be limited to one {1} copy only due to staffing and equipment limitations. At this time there will be no charge for copies. Requests for copies can be made by calling (202) 418-0460 or TTY (202) 418-1388; or by faxing your order information to the FCC Television Staff at (202) 418-2809 or (202) 418-7286. Parties making the request should include the date and title of the presentation of which they would like a tape made. To order copies of tapes, the public must provide a blank C-90 leaderless/instant start, audio tape and/or T-120 minute High Quality video tape to the FCC's Television Staff.
