                    WILL CHANGE MONDAY, MARCH 14, 1994


     Effective Monday, March 14, 1994, the telephone numbers for
the offices of Commissioner Quello and Commissioner Barrett will
change.  The new phone numbers are:


     Commissioner Quello at (202) 418-2000
     Commissioner Barrett at (202) 418-2300


     Callers who dial the Commissioners' previous numbers will
receive a taped message with the new numbers.

     This change is part of an ongoing effort to upgrade the
FCC's
current telephone system.  If you experience any difficulty in
reaching the Commissioners, please notify the Office of Public
Affairs at (202) 632-5050.
