     FCC'S JUNE 6 SEMINAR ON NARROWBAND PCS AND IVDS AUCTIONS TO
BE
                     CARRIED ON "CAPITOL CONNECTION"

     George Mason University will carry both sessions of the
FCC's informational seminar on the upcoming narrowband PCS and
IVDS auctions on its "Capitol Connection" microwave TV service.

     It will carry the June 6 morning session, covering
narrowband PCS, from 9 AM to noon live.  It will carry the
afternoon session, covering IVDS, on a tape-delayed basis which
will air on Wednesday, June 8, from 9 AM to noon.
