                      Wayne T. McKee named Legal Adviser
                 to Chief, Compliance and Information Bureau
                                        
  Compliance and Information Bureau Chief, Beverly Baker, has named Wayne T. McKee as her Legal Adviser.
  
  Mr. McKee received his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University National Law Center in
  1979.  He was admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia in 1980.  Mr. McKee received his Bachelor
  of Sciences in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 1973.  He is a
  member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Eta Sigma.
  
  Mr. McKee will provide counsel on a varety of high level matters.  He will provide expert advice on legal
  issues  affecting bureau policy matters, provide investigative analysis, and review agenda items and other
  proposals arising in the bureau.
  
  Mr. McKee is a career Federal Communications Commission employee and a career employee in the bureau
  which he now serves.  He began work in the field immediately after graduating from college.  His most recent
  previous post was Associate Chief, Enforcement Division.  He has served with distinction throughout his
  career.
