     CATHERINE FORSTER PUBLIC SERVICE AWARDS TO BE PRESENTED TO  TEN
                          COMMISSION EMPLOYEES

     To commemorate "Public Service Recognition Week" Commission will recognize
several of its finest employees at the Catherine Forster Public Service Award Ceremony to
be held on Wednesday, May 17, N.W., 1995, in the FCC's Commission Meeting Room,
Room 856, 1919 M. Street, Washington, D.C. at 10:00 a.m. This award pays tribute to
Commission employees who through exceptional performance of their day-to-day
responsibilities or through performance beyond their normal job requirements have excelled
in meeting the Commission's goal of providing "excellent service to the public in the most
efficient, uncomplicated, timely and courteous manner possible."

     The following employees have been selected to receive the Catherine Forster Public
