NEWS February 8, 1996 THOMAS D. WYATT NAMED ASSOCIATE CHIEF, ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, FCC COMMON CARRIER BUREAU Thomas Wyatt has been named Associate Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau's Enforcement Division, effective January 21, 1996, where he will concentrate on overall enforcement policy, processes, and program planning. Mr. Wyatt had served as Chief of the Enforcement Division's Formal Complaints and Investigations Branch since April 1991. He joined the Formal Complaints Branch as a staff attorney in September 1986 and later served as Deputy Chief of the Branch, starting in October 1989. Before joining the Branch, Mr. Wyatt served two years as an attorney in the Mass Media Bureau's Enforcement Division. Mr. Wyatt holds an undergraduate degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama and a law degree from American University's Washington College of Law. He and his wife, Allene, reside in Camp Springs, Maryland. - FCC -
