TRANSCRIPT OF FCC'S ECONOMICS FORUM ON INTERCONNECTION AVAILABLE

     Transcripts of the FCC's May 20 Economics Forum on Interconnection are now available
through ITS and off the Internet.

     At this forum Dr. Joseph Farrell, the FCC's Chief Economist, was joined by other top
economists to discuss selected economic issues in telephone interconnection, in the wake of the
Telecommunications Act of 1996.
