        OPEN FORUM ON HOW TO FIND FCC INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET
                                    
     On Monday June 24, from 11 am to 1 pm, the FCC will host an
open forum on how to find the FCC's information online on the
Internet. The forum will include presentations on what new
services are available now, what improvements are under
development, electronic submission of documents to the FCC, how
the FCC's Internet site is organized, and what special
information from the Bureaus is just a mouse-click away.  The
forum, both in-person and online, will also seek suggestions on
improvements to the FCC's Internet site.   The forum will be held
at Commission headquarters and is open to the public.

     This open forum is designed to give individuals and
organizations who use the Commission's Internet site the
opportunity to find out how to use it most effectively and to
make suggestions for improvements to our site.  

     A question-and-answer period will give attendees the chance
to ask questions about the site.  In addition, representatives of
Commission Bureaus and Offices will be available for follow-up
questions on information about specific subjects.  Taped copies
of the meeting will be available from the Commission's tape
duplicating contractor, Telspan  International, (301) 731-5358.
