NEWS July 15 , 1996 ECONOMICS FORUM SCHEDULED FOR JULY 23 ON ANTITRUST AND ECONOMIC ISSUES INVOLVED IN BELL OPERATING COMPANIES INTERLATA ENTRY. The FCC forum planned for July 16, 1996, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 23, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.. The focus will be on economic issues involved in the Bell Operating Companies (BOC) interLATA (local access and transport area) entry. The forum will take place in the Commission Meeting Room (856) at 1919 M Street, NW, Washington, DC. Forum speakers will be announced soon. The forum will be shown on closed-circuit television throughout the Commission.
