NEWS October 25, 1996 PETER DOYLE NAMED ASSISTANT DIVISION CHIEF AUDIO SERVICES DIVISION MASS MEDIA BUREAU Peter H. Doyle has been appointed to the position of Assistant Division Chief, Audio Services Division. In this capacity, he will advise the Division Chief on legal issues and other matters affecting the radio broadcast industry. Doyle has served as a senior Attorney-Advisor in the Audio Services Division's Petitions and Appeals Group since joining the Commission in May 1995. He previously worked at Arter & Hadden between 1991-1995 and at Dow, Lohnes & Albertson between 1985-1991, specializing in broadcast, wireless cable and cable matters. Doyle earned a B.A. from the University of Rochester in 1973 and an M.A. in Philosophy in 1977 from the University of Virginia. He received a J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1985. -FCC-
