     Paper copies of the FCC's Annual Report for fiscal year
1995, covering October 1,
1994, to September 30, 1995, are now available from the
Government Printing Office.

     An electronic version of the FY95 Annual Report has been
available on the FCC's
Internet Home Page (www.fcc.gov) since July 30.
