NEWS November 7, 1996 NEW PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING COPIES OF FCC AUDIO AND VIDEO TAPES Effective immediately all copies of audio and video tapes of FCC Open Meetings, Forums and other events may be ordered through the Office of Public Affairs, Television Staff. At this time there will be no charge for copies. Copy requests can be made by calling (202) 418-0460 or TTY (202) 418-1388; or by faxing order information to the FCC Television Staff at (202) 418-2809 or (202) 418-7286. Parties making the request should include the date and title of the presentation of which they would like a tape made. In order to get copies of tapes, the public must provide a blank C-90 leaderless/instant start, audio tape and/or T-120 minute, High Quality video tape to the FCC's Television Staff. Tapes should be sent to: Television Staff, Office of Public Affairs Federal Communication Commission Room 854 1919 M Street, NW Washington, DC 20554 The public will be notified when the request has been filled. Completed requests for audio and/or video tapes may be picked up at: Office of Public Affairs Federal Communications Commission Room 202 1919 M Street N.W. Washington D.C. 20554 For Federal Express requests, all tapes must be sent to the above address, with a return pre-paid Federal Express envelope enclosed.
