                                  ERRATUM

                                   Released: September 11, 1995


     On June 22, 1995, the Commission released a Memorandum
Opinion and Order (FCC 95-257) concerning the above-captioned
proceeding.  The following correction is made to the item, as
published in the Federal Register, 60 Fed. Reg. 34902 (July 5,
1995).

1)  In paragraph 27, the rule changes will become effective on
September 19, 1995 instead of 60 days after publication in the
Federal Register as was stated in the item. 

2)  IT IS ORDERED that the rule changes made in this Order will
become effective on September 19, 1995 instead of September 5,
1995.  This action is taken pursuant to Section 4(i), 4(j), 9
and 303(r) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.
 154(i), 154(j), 159 and 303(r).

AGENCY:  Federal Communications Commission
ACTION:  Correcting amendment
SUMMARY: This document contains a correction to the final
regulations (FCC 95-257), which was published Wednesday, July 5,
1995 (60 Fed Reg. 34902).  The regulations relate to assessment
and collection of regulatory fees for the 1994 fiscal year.    
EFECTIVE DATE:  September 19, 1995

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background:
   The final regulations that are the subject of this correction,
superseded FCC 95-227 on the effective date and affects persons
that are statutorily required to file regulatory fees under
Section 9 of the Communications Act of 1934.
Need for Correction
   As published, the final regulations contain an error that may
prove to be misleading and this error needs clarification.

   Accordingly, 47 CFR Part 1 is corrected by making the
following correcting amendment:
   1.  The authority citation for Part 1 continues to read as
