                              ORDER

By the Commission:

     1.  In this Order, the Commission cancels the above Notices of Apparent Liability issued for
computer marketing violations and unlicensed radio operation.  In view of the period of time that
has elapsed since the issuance of these Notices of Apparent Liability and recent rule changes in some
of the services at issue in these forfeiture actions, the Commission declines further prosecution of
these cases.

     2.  ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that the Notices of Apparent Liability for
Monetary Forfeiture issued to Thomas J. & Nancy A. McIlraith; John B. Hooper; Dale Corbett, dba,
Astoria Cruise and Charter; Mrs. Michael W. Schifsky; Paul J. Troka; KFC USA, Inc.; Prime
Portable Manufacturer, Inc.; CompUSA, Inc.; Geof L. Bowser; David Plourde; Richard E. Mattice;
Liuski International, Inc.; James Scott Martin; Maryann McCarty; Aquatic Technical Services, Inc.;
The Computer Exchange; and Profit Enterprises, Inc. ARE CANCELLED.  

     3.  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be sent certified mail,
return-receipt requested, to each of the individuals or companies  listed above.
