Olson of the decision of the Deputy General Counsel dated May 19, 1998, denying Mr. Olson's request for a waiver of the fees incurred in processing his requests for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Mr. Olson's application for review is dismissed as untimely because it was filed 31 days after the decision.
