                             ERRATUM

                                                            Released:  November 24, 1999

     1.   On July 16, 1999, the Commission released an Order, FCC 99-176, concerning the
above-captioned proceeding.  In the first sentence of paragraph one of the Order and in paragraph
two of the rule change we mistakenly refer to section 0.41(l) instead of section 0.41(k).

     2.   The Federal Register version of the rules will reflect the above corrections.
