The Commission has before it a letter dated June 28, 1999, from Robin Hardin seeking review of the May 25, 1999, decision of the Mass Media Bureau granting in part and denying in part her Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents concerning the investigation of a possible sponsorship identification violation by Station WCHB, Taylor, Michigan. Ms. Hardin's application for review is dismissed as untimely because it was filed more than 30 days after the decision. See 47 C.F.R.  0.461(j) (applications for review of initial FOIA decisions must be filed with the General Counsel within 30 days after the date of the written decision); see also Michael C. Olson, 13 FCC Rcd 20593 (1998). 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Ms. Hardin's Application for Review IS DISMISSED. 3.
