Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 96-21 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR REPLY COMMENTS DUE DURING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN Released: January 16, 1996 By Public Notice (DA 96-2) (released January 11, 1996), the Managing Director announced procedures for the filing of documents that were due to be filed during the time that the Commission was closed during the budget-related shutdown or due to the weather emergency. That Public Notice indicated that such documents are "due no later than 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 1996." For certain matters, both comments and reply comments were due during the period the Commission was closed.
