       Ex Parte Presentations and Post-Reply Comment
      Period filings, in Permit-But-Disclose Proceedings
  
  
  This corrects the Public Notice released February 15, 2001 listing ex-parte  
  
  presentations and filings received by the Commission's Secretary.  The date range in the 
  
  descriptive paragraph preceding the list of presentations should read "between January 31 
  
  and February 12, 2001." In addition, the entry for Circuit City Stores, Inc. dated January 
  
  13, 2001 in Docket CS 97-80 should be dated January 31, 200l. The Exparte Public 
  
  Notice placed on the Internet  reflects the correction.
