     Period Filings in Permit-But-Disclose Proceedings
                              
                              
       This erratum corrects the listings of an ex parte presentation that appeared on the Public
  Notice released on May 15, 2001.  The correction is to entries listing a presentation made on
  May 9, 2001.  The listings appear in the Docketed Proceedings section of the Public Notice
  under Docket No. ET 98-206 and in the Non-Docketed Proceedings section under the related
  File No. 0095-EX-PL-2001.  The Public Notice is corrected to read that the presentation was
