ERRATUM

   Period filings, in Permit-But-Disclose Proceedings


     

This erratum corrects the Ex Parte Public Notice released  November 19,  2001,

listing an  Ex parte  presentation made by Public Safety Wireless Network Program in  

Docket No. CC 96-98 to Chairman Powell. The presentation should be under Docket No. 

WT 96-86.
