SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING SEMINAR

THURSDAY, MAY 2, 2002

The seminar will be comprised of two panels; one panel will feature government representatives and the other will feature venture capitalists and private capital fund representatives. This program will allow small business entities the opportunity to learn how to finance their businesses. In addition, it will provide participants an opportunity to meet key FCC officials and to network with telecommunications industry experts. A newly formed small business will also be spotlighted.

9:30 am	Private Capital Panel with a Q & A Session
10:45 am	Break
11:00 am	Government Panel with a Q & A Session
12:15 pm	Small Business Spotlight
12:35 pm	Closing Remarks (Networking Session to Follow)
