The file ELEMENT8.EXE is a self-extracting ZIP file containing
the entire Commercial Operator License Examination question pool
for element 8 (Ship Radar Techniques).  Place it in
its own directory and at the DOS prompt type

ELEMENT8

followed by pressing the Enter key to create the files containing
the element 8 question pools.  All files are in ASCII text
format.
