July 20, 1998 Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Auctions and Industry Analysis Division Announces New Management Team The Auctions and Industry Analysis Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau is pleased to announce its new management team. The Division, which supervises all facets of auctions including auction conduct, automations, technical support, contracting, budgeting, legal, marketing, payment, and applications processing, also serves as the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's industry analysis arm, having completed Reports to Congress on Auctions and on Competition in the CMRS industry. Amy Zoslov has been named Chief of the Auctions and Industry Analysis Division. Ms. Zoslov has served in several capacities at the FCC, including the Mass Media Bureau, the Cable Services Bureau, the Office of Commissioner Duggan, and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau as well as in private practice. She was most recently Deputy Chief of the Division. Mark Bollinger has been named Deputy Chief (Legal) and will oversee the Legal and Finance and Market Analysis Branches of the Division. Mr. Bollinger was previously the Division Legal Advisor. He joined the FCC in 1993 as an attorney in the Cable Services Bureau. Louis Sigalos has been named Deputy Chief (Operations) and will oversee the Auction Operations and Expenditures Management Branches of the Division. Mr. Sigalos was previously the Chief of the Auction Operations Branch. Prior to joining the FCC in 1994, Mr. Sigalos was the Auction Coordinator for all regional commercial, land, and residential real estate auctions for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Northeast Sales Center.
