Most recently Quinn served as a Legal Advisor in the Office of the Bureau Chief. Before that she was a telecommunications associate at the law firm Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. She has also held positions at the FCC as an Attorney Advisor in the Wireless Bureau's Commercial Wireless Division Policy and Rules Branch and the Bureau's Policy Division. Before first joining the FCC, Quinn was an Associate at the law firm Todd & Weld in Boston, Massachusetts. Quinn holds a B.A. from Denison University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. - FCC -
