WIRELESS BUREAU CHIEF ANNOUNCES  SCOTT D. DELACOURT HAS JOINED THE
          OFFICE OF THE BUREAU CHIEF AS A LEGAL ADVISOR

       Washington, DC   Thomas Sugrue, Chief of the FCC's Wireless Telecommunications
Bureau has announced that Scott Delacourt has joined the Commission as a Legal Advisor in the
Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Office of the Bureau Chief. 
       Delacourt will advise the Bureau Chief and Deputies on various wireless regulatory
issues, including matters before the Bureau's Auctions and Industry Analysis Division.
       Prior to joining the Commission he was an associate attorney at Wiley, Rein & Fielding
where he specialized in FCC related issues, including wireless, common carrier and appellate
matters.
       Delacourt holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from
Georgetown University.
