             FCC AMENDS PART 0 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES TO
         MAKE CHANGES IN DELEGATED AUTHORITY OF VARIOUS BUREAUS
                                    
    The FCC made changes to Part 0 of the Commission's Rules to reflect changes to the
delegated authority of the various Bureaus.  Changes to Part 0 include:
    
    - Authority delegated to the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB), Common
    Carrier Bureau (CCB) and International Bureau (IB) to resolve common carrier
    forfeiture proceedings involving $80,000 or less.  

    - The WTB, IB, Mass Media Bureau and Cable Services Bureau authorized to issue
    subpoenas.  Conforming edit made to the Compliance and Information Bureau's
    subpoena power.

    Action by the Commission May 30, 1995, by Order (FCC 95-213).   Chairman
Hundt, Commissioners Quello, Barrett, Ness and Chong.
