By the Chief, Commercial Wireless Division:  

       1.  By this Order, we grant a "Motion for Extension of Reply Comment Date" filed by
American Mobile Telecommunications, Inc. ("AMTA") on May 25, 1995.  AMTA requests
that the Commission extend the reply comment date in this proceeding an additional 11 days,
due to the volume of comments filed and the short duration of the reply comment cycle
(which includes a three-day weekend).  We agree that an extension of time is warranted to
provide AMTA and other interested parties a reasonable opportunity to review and address in
a meaningful way the significant number of comments filed in this proceeding.  

       2.  Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that AMTA's motion IS GRANTED and
the reply comment date is extended from June 1 to June 12, 1995.
