This Erratum corrects an inadvertent omission in the text of the final rules adopted in the Report and Order in the above captioned proceeding, FCC 97-50, which was released on February 19, 1997. A summary of the Report and Order, along with the rules, has been published in the Federal Register, 62 Fed. Reg. 9636 (March 3, 1997). The full text of the Report and Order and the rules will be published as corrected in the FCC Record. 2. Section 27.307 of the Commission's rules is corrected by revising (a)(1) to read as follows:  27.307 General application requirements. * * * * * (a) * * * (1) A list of its subsidiaries, if any. Subsidiary means any FCC-regulated business five per cent or more of whose stock, warrants, options or debt securities are owned by the applicant or an officer, director, stockholder or key management personnel of the applicant.
