By the Acting Chief, Commercial Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

  1.  On October 21, 1993, Quick Call Cellular Partners ("Quick Call") filed a Petition for
Reconsideration ("Petition") of the above-captioned applications.  On April 17, 1997, Quick Call
requested that the Commission dismiss the above-captioned applications.

  2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that, pursuant to sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications
Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C  154(i) and 405, and pursuant to sections 1.106 and 22.128 of the
Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.106, 22.128, the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Quick Call
Cellular Partners on October 21, 1993, IS DISMISSED.

    3. This action is taken pursuant to delegated authority as set forth in section 0.331 of the
Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R  0.331.
