This letter, and the requested list in Excel format, will be placed on the Federal Communications Commission's web site at www.fcc.gov/Bureaus/Wireless/Orders/1998 (Refer to DA 98- 2043). Under the FOIA, 5 U.S.C.  552(a)(4) and section 0.470(a)(1) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.470(a)(1), we are required to recover the costs of search time, review time, and duplication of material for certain requestors. You were designated a "commercial" requester under the Commission's Rule 0.470(a)(1), 47 C.F.R.  0.470(a)(1) and therefore were charged the full direct cost of searching for, reviewing and duplicating the records sought. There were no search time or duplication involved in your request therefore no charges were assessed for them. A review time charge of $71.20 (two hours by a GS-13 at a rate of $35.60 per hour pursuant to section 0.467(a)(1)), was assessed. Accordingly, the total charge for processing your FOIA request is $71.20. The Financial Management Division, Office of the Managing Director, Federal Communications Commission, will send you a bill for that amount in the near future.
