On December 30, 1998, the Commission adopted the TTY Waiver Order, granting a temporary waiver of Section 20.18(c) of the Commission's Rules to all parties who had filed petitions seeking waiver of that rule. Following release of the TTY Waiver Order on December 31, 1998, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau became aware of five additional petitions that had been filed. These were four petitions filed on December 4, 1998, at the Commission's lockbox bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and one petition filed at the Commission's Office of the Secretary on December 28, 1998. 2. The temporary waiver provided in the TTY Waiver Order applied to all parties filing petitions as of the adoption date of the Order (i.e., December 30, 1998). This Erratum therefore adds Sagir, Inc., Airadigm Communications, Inc., AmeriCell PA-3 Limited Partnership, HLD Cellular Corporation, and American Cellular Corporation to those parties who are listed in the Appendix to the TTY Waiver Order, and who were granted a temporary waiver of Section 20.18(c) of the Commission's Rules.
