By this Order, we dismiss as moot the requests for a fee waiver filed respectively by George L. Fetrow and Gary Dykhouse (Petitioners) on December 15, 1998 in connection with waiver petitions. Section 1.1102 of the Commission's rules requires waiver petitions to be accompanied by a $105 fee for each rule section that the petitioner seeks to waive, multiplied by the number of stations to which the petition applies. Our records indicate that all other waiver petitions filed by Petitioners have been denied. Accordingly, we dismiss their respective fee waiver requests as moot. 2. Accordingly IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to section 4(i) of the Commission's rules, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and sections 0.331 and 1.1115 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331, 1.1115, the requests for waiver of section 1.1102 of the Commission's rules filed by George L.
