Benison and New England Interactive TV, Inc. Section 95.859(a), which concerns the Interactive Video and Data Service (IVDS), states the maximum effective radiated power (ERP) permitted for use in association with given cell transmitter station (CTS) antenna heights. Interested parties may file comments regarding the request on or before October 12, 1995. Reply comments are due on or before October 17, 1995.
