                        ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE OF SOLE APPLICATIONS AND
TENTATIVE SELECTEES FOR UNSERVED AREAS

            Report No. CL-95-76                                            April 12, 1995

The following sole applications are accepted for filing and each applicant is named tentative
selectee.  This does not mean the applications are ready for grant and, on further review,
additional information may be requested or the applications may later be found defective.

Each applicant must submit the items listed below to the Office of the Secretary, Federal
Communications Commission, Washington, DC.

     1.  The paper original of the application with two (2) full-sized (1:500,000) maps must
be filed within seven (7) days of the date of this Public Notice.  See  Section 22.929 of the
Rules.  The applications must be enclosed in stiff covers and fastened securely along the left
edge without exposed sharp edges.  There will be no filing fee required because the fee was paid
when the microfiche application was filed.

     2.  Any Section 1.65 amendments within 30 days of the date of this Public Notice.  See
Sections 22.129(d) and 1.4 of the Rules.

Petitions to Deny against the listed tentative selectees must be filed by May 11, 1995.  See
Section 22.130(a)(4) of the Commission's Rules.
