Upon review of these applications, the Commission has determined that the service areas boundaries of the cell sites proposed in the applications extend into the protected Cellular Geographic Service Area of the co-channel incumbent licensee. Thus, the applications do not comply with Section 22.949(a)(1)(iii) of the Commission Rules, 47 C.F.R.  22.949(a)(1)(iii), and are therefore dismissed without prejudice as defective pursuant to Section 22.128(d)(2) of the Commission Rules, 47 C.F.R.  22.128(d)(2).
