     The following attachment corrects and replaces Attachment A of the Public Notice
released September 4, 1998 announcing the auction and filing requirements of 156-162 MHz
VHF Public Coast Station Service licenses.  This attachment corrects upfront payment and
minimum opening bid information contained in the original Attachment A.
