      Broadband Personal Communications Services Licenses
                  Scheduled for March 23, 1999
                                
        Minimum Opening Bids and Other Procedural Issues
                                
     The following attachment corrects and replaces Attachment A of the Public Notice
released December 23, 1998 announcing the auction and filing requirements for the Auction of C,
D, E, and F Block Broadband PCS Licenses scheduled for March 23, 1999 ("Announcement
PN").  Specifically, the Notes to Attachment A have been corrected to list SouthEast Telephone,
Inc. and Wireless Ventures, Inc. under both Note 3, "Post-Election Installment Payment
Defaults," and Note 4, "Cancellation, Petition, or Application for Review Pending."  

     In addition, this public notice corrects the ZIP code for the Federal Communications
Commission Billing and Collections Branch, as listed in Section 5.D. of the Announcement PN.
