The Comment Request PN stated that comments were due by February 1, 2002. The Real Access Alliance (RAA), an real estate industry association, has requested that the Bureau allow additional time in which to respond in order to compile a more complete and accurate record.3 Citing the breadth of information sought, as well as the intervening holiday season, the RAA states that it would be very difficult to conduct adequate surveys by February 1, 2002 and asks that comments be due on March 8, 2002. Given the importance of compiling as complete a record as possible, we find that the RAA’s request is reasonable and therefore amend the due date for comments in response to the November 30, 2001 Comment Request PN to March 8, 2002. Parties should refer to the Comment Request PN for details and filing procedures.
