                 RESULTS OF UNSERVED AREA CELLULAR LOTTERY

REPORT NO. CL-96-52                                           June 12, 1996

The Federal Communications Commission held a lottery in the Domestic
Public Cellular Telecommunications Service on June 11, 1996.  See Lottery
Notice released April 15, 1996 and Addendum to Domestic Public Cellular
Telecommunications Service Lottery for Unserved Areas, Mimeo No. 63216,
released May 31, 1996.  Results of the drawing are listed below.  A file
number has been assigned to the winning application for each frequency
block within a market.  Any amendments or correspondence to be
associated with the application must specify the file number.  The fee
number was used for the lottery only and is no longer applicable.

Each lottery winner must submit the items listed below to the Office
of the Secretary,  Federal Communications Commission, Washington, D.C.

   1. The paper original of the application with two (2) full-
      sized (1:500,000) maps must be filed within seven (7) days of
      the date of  this Public Notice.  See 22.105(e) and 22.953(a)(5)(i)
      of the Rules.  There will be no filing fee required
      because the fee was paid when the microfiche
      application was filed.

   2. Any 1.65 amendments within 30 days of the date of this
      Public Notice.  See 22.949(d) and 1.4 of the Rules.

The filing period for Petitions to Deny will not commence until the
issuance of a subsequent Public Notice which will announce the
lottery winner as the tentative selectee for a frequency block within
a market.  See 1.823(b)(3) of the Rules.
