A full text of the action documents will not be released. The following codes describe the actions: G Grant - The award of an authorization for the construction and operation of apparatus for the transmission of energy, or communications, or signals by radio. 47 U.S.C.  153 (cc)(ee). Authorization is granted if the applicant is found qualified, there are frequencies available, and the public interest, convenience, and necessity would be served by the grant.  22.132. V Developmental - Authorization for experimentation leading to the development of a service regulated by Part 22.  22.401 et seq. D Dismissal - An application may be rejected for failure: to prosecute, comply, or justify noncompliance with Commission requests for additional information or at the request of the applicant. Dismissal may be with or without prejudice.  1.748; 22.128. T Termination - License ceases to be valid or is no longer in force, by operation of Commission Rules.  22.144. C Cancellation - Authorization is voided because of voluntary relinquishment by the licensee.  22.144(e). R Return - Application not in accordance with Commission Rules is defective and is returned as unacceptable for filing.  1.746; 22.120. N Developmental to Regular Authority - Conditions of Developmental grant were satisfied and regular authority is granted.  22.411(d); 22.413(b).
