PRIVATE OPERATIONAL-FIXED SERVICE FREQUENCIES
TO BE AVAILABLE FOR REASSIGNMENT


The channels listed on the attached page will be available for
reassignment to
Private Operational-Fixed Microwave (OFS) applicants.  They were
previously
licensed at the coordinates indicated. The interference criteria
listed in
Rule 101.105 must be met with respect to all other existing and
previously
applied for systems.  All current FCC Rules are in effect and
fully govern the
application for, and use of this spectrum.

These channels will be available for reassignment on December 9,
1996.  All
applications received before December 9, 1996, for reassignment
of the
facilities listed above will be dismissed.  Applications received
between
December 9, 1996, and July 9, 1997, MUST reference the date and
number of this
Public Notice in order to be considered.
