      "AUCTION OF INTERACTIVE VIDEO AND DATA SERVICE (IVDS)"
                                 


Report No. AUC-96-13-C (Auction No. 13)

IVDS licenses MSA038A and MSA154B have been removed from the list of MSA licenses attached to
the Public Notice, DA 96-1958, released on December 4, 1996 (revised, December 10, 1996).  This
brings the total number of IVDS licenses available in Auction 13 to 981 -- that is, two licenses in each
of 428 RSAs, plus 125 selected MSA licenses.

A revised listing of selected MSA licenses to be auctioned in Auction 13 is attached hereto.  The revision
set forth above has been made prior to publication in the Federal Register and FCC Record, and thus will
be incorporated into the published documents.
