This directory contains an Adobe Acrobat 
Portable Document Format (PDF) file  for 
FCC form 731 "Application for Equipment Authorization ",
and instructions for completing the form.

The Form 731 is required to be used when requesting an equipment authorization
from the FCC, in order to legally market in the United States any equipment
that is subject to Certification, Notification and Type Acceptance as defined
in the Commission's Rules.

PDF files can be viewed and printed from any
Windows, DOS, UNIX, MAC, or OS-2 platform that has 
Acrobat Reader software (free from Adobe Systems, Inc.) 
installed and configured for use with the browser.
