This article provides information on how to request a Duplicate Registration in the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) system.

Steps to Filing a Request for a Duplicate Registration in ASR

1. Log in to ASR Online Filing with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password.
2. Click Manage Your ASR Numbers.
3. Select the purpose DU – Request for a Duplicate Antenna Structure Registration and click on the Continue button.
4. Click the registration number(s) and click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.

   Note: You will need to hold down the Control key to select more than one registration.

5. Sign your application. To submit your application click Save, then Save and Submit.

   Note: By typing your first and last name in the name fields you have signed your application.

Will I owe a filing fee?

What is the difference between a Request for a Duplicate Registration and a Reference Copy of a Registration?

A duplicate registration is a copy of an original registration that is mailed to you; whereas a reference copy is a copy of a registration that you can print yourself in ASR Registration Search. The reference copy includes a watermark that says “Reference Copy” and is not considered an official version of your registration.

Antenna Structure Registration - Help

This article provides information on submitting a Notification of Antenna Structure Dismantlement in the Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) system. You would file a Notification of Dismantlement if the constructed antenna structure was dismantled or destroyed. This could be the result of the owner dismantling the structure, natural disaster, erosion, etc.

Steps to Filing a Dismantlement Notification Application in ASR

1. Log in to ASR Online Filing with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password.
2. Click Manage Your ASR Numbers.
3. Select the purpose DI – Notification of an Antenna Structure Dismantlement and click the Continue button.
4. Click the registration number you would like to update and click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Enter the date the structure was dismantled or destroyed.
6. Click the FAA, NEPA, Certify tab.
7. Sign your application. To submit your application click Save, then Save and Submit.

Will I owe a filing fee?

No.

Am I required to file a dismantlement notification?

Yes. Within 24 hours of the dismantlement or destruction of the antenna structure.

When will the status of my registration be updated?

Generally, the dismantlement notification application is granted and the status of the registration is updated to Dismantled on the same business day.

Why can’t I see the registrations I want to update in step 4?

1. Log in to ULS Online Filing with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password.

1. Log in to ULS Online Filing with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password.

2. Click Pending, Returned, or Consented To (depending on the current status of the application you would like to withdraw).
3. Check the box next to the file number you would like to withdraw and Click the Withdraw button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click Continue to navigate through the application.
5. Sign your application and click Submit Application.

This article provides information on Amending an Application in the Universal Licensing System (ULS). There are generally two reasons for you to amend an application in ULS:

1. You received a Notice of Return letter from the FCC and you must respond to the letter; or
2. You need to change some information on an application that is pending.

This article provides information on Modifying a License in the Universal Licensing System (ULS). You would modify a license to change technical or legal parts of an existing license. For example, adding a frequency, increasing the power of an antenna, or changing the regulatory status of a license are all things that are filed on a modification application.

Changes to administrative information on your license such as mailing address, phone number, or e-mail address are handled by filing an Administrative Update.

Will I owe a filing fee?

No.

Can I change the licensee name by filing a request to update administrative information on a license?
