We write as parents of a blind young adult. Pls approve 99-339. Our son is
so left out of ordinary teenage life becasue of his blindness. Being able to
"watch" vidoes like and with other young peopel will help him to socialize and
live a more full life. It will help him to achieve independence and participate
more fully and productively in our economy. Surely these production companies
can afford to help. Thank you for this opportunity to comment for the record.
